The FMCSA has recently forced their hand in the shutdown of carriers by removing the operating authorities due to roadside inspections revealing a long history of violations and maintenance issues not being addressed.This is now bringing even greater attention to how carriers are responding to warning letters and BASICs that over the thresh hold.
