In this age of economic deregulation, OTA is committed to help you cope with the daily minefields of compliance and enforcement regulation which a carrier faces from all levels of our Government.
During the early thirties, in Oklahoma, an infant Motor Carrier Industry was struggling desperately to maintain its very existence. Then in 1932, Moss Patterson, Evans Nash, B.H. Clanton, W. W. Warren, along with several other truck and bus operators, began a movement to unite the Motor Carrier Industry. On June 24, 1932, those dedicated businessmen applied for and received from the State of Oklahoma, a Certificate of Incorporation for the Associated Motor Carriers of Oklahoma, Inc.,later to be renamed the Oklahoma Trucking Association.
