Governor Bredesen of TN has signed an executive order regarding the State of Emergency declared May 1 (attached). While floodwaters have for the most part receded to below flood stage levels, clean up efforts are underway, and damage due to flooding is causing issues with fresh water supplies and fuel distribution.
